The purpose of the mental health toolbox is to provide resources and tools (strategies) that an individual, group, or school organization can use to manage mental health and growth opportunities and challenges in order to support healthy and optimal development. It is also to provide information to build your personal toolbox because mental health challenges are experienced by everyone.
